WAAM / VOICE STUDIO / HELP

How to use

A short conversation, a moment with music, or a gentle reset. Start where you are.

Your first voice check-in

Find a quiet spot. Headphones help keep the agent’s voice out of your microphone.

  1. Open Voice check-in and select Start check-in. Allow microphone access when your browser asks.
  2. Answer the guide’s questions about your day. Speak naturally. The guide stops after asking and listens. After your speech is captured, 1.5 seconds without detected speech triggers its reply. Speaking again restarts that quiet window. You do not need to click to send an answer.
  3. Watch your waveform and expression signals appear as speech segments are analyzed. Select a segment in the timeline to revisit its words and scores.
  4. Use Mute for a pause. When you are finished, select End check-in. Sessions also stop at the five-minute limit.

Read your session summary

After ending a check-in with captured speech, an overall summary appears above your segment history.

The highlights describe differences within this session. They do not judge the change, explain its cause, or establish how you felt. Scores are estimates on a 0–1 scale, not probabilities. Open How this summary is calculated for details.

Explore Frequency

Open Frequency and choose any of the five channels. You can move between them in any order.

1. Sound Check

Select all the feelings that fit and rate each from 1 (slight) to 5 (very strong). Select Save feelings to record a snapshot, then talk about your day. Your ratings stay separate from voice-expression estimates.

2. The Intro

Name a meaningful song and its artist. Check the song card, save it, or add a Spotify song link to listen.

3. The Bridge

Try an optional 60-second breathing exercise. Choose a rhythm and whether to hear soothing spoken cues. Use Stop exercise whenever you want.

4. The Remix

Build your Soundtrack of Strength with up to five songs. Add song links or bring a Spotify playlist link.

5. Amplified

Try an optional 90-second reset, choose a small next step, and save your plan.

In Where are you today?, each selected feeling starts at 3. Adjust its slider before saving. Select a feeling again to remove it. Save feelings records the selections, strengths, time, channel, and current session to your signed-in account. Save again as things change, then open Your saved feelings to compare the latest 50 snapshots. Each visit or admin reset starts a new session; earlier snapshots remain saved. Unsaved selections disappear when you leave or refresh.

For a conversation, read and select the adult microphone-consent checkbox, then choose Talk with your guide or Talk with your calm guide. The Bridge and Amplified use a separate soothing voice.

You can say “Go to The Bridge” or “Go to Amplified” while connected. During a timed exercise or music playback, voice conversation stops; use the on-screen controls to stop or return to talking.

Open Frequency

Save a song and listen

  1. In The Intro or The Remix, say “Here Comes the Sun by The Beatles,” or type the title and artist into the song card.
  2. Check the card for the right title and artist. Correct it if needed, then say “save song” or select Save song. Wait for the saved confirmation. Saying “yes” alone does not save it.
  3. To find a recording, select Find on Spotify. In Spotify, choose the song, then use Share → Copy song link.
  4. Paste the full Spotify track link into Spotify song link. Select Open player here, then press play in Spotify’s player. Save the song again if you want to keep its link.

Saving your soundtrack and plan requires a signed-in site account. Sign in with ChatGPT to save. This does not connect a Spotify account.

Bring a playlist

Copy a Spotify playlist’s Share link and paste it into Bring a playlist. Use Preview playlist to view it and Save playlist link to keep the link. Open listening window opens the player. This saves a link; it does not import the playlist’s tracks into your five-song soundtrack.

Admin: save your setup and reset

Use Sign in in the header with the demo owner’s ChatGPT account. The Admin link opens your demo instructions. In Frequency, set your starting phase, feelings and strengths, breathing rhythm, and spoken cues, then select Save my demo setup. Select Reset demo between presentations to stop audio, clear the current run, restore your saved setup, and start a new session. Saved songs, plans, and feeling history remain intact. You must allow microphone use again before talking.
